Terms of Service

Draft — under legal review

Last updated: August 25, 2026. Operated by Gradient Symphony Pty Ltd.

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the falconsearch.tech website, trial keys, and license purchases. Use of the Falcon Search software itself is governed by the commercial End User License Agreement (EULA) that accompanies the product; where these terms and the EULA differ regarding the software, the EULA controls.

2. Trials

Trial keys are valid for 7 days, limited to one active trial per email address, and are provided for evaluation only. We may decline or revoke trial keys in cases of abuse.

3. Purchases and renewals

A paid license covers a 1-year term for a single self-hosted deployment, billed as one annual payment. Licenses do not renew automatically: renewal is a new purchase, and the product will warn you before your key expires. Purchases are currently handled by email invoice; card checkout via Stripe is forthcoming.

4. Restrictions

You may not share, resell, or attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, or extract license keys or license-enforcement mechanisms. Full restrictions are set out in the EULA.

5. Disclaimers

The website and trial services are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gradient Symphony Pty Ltd disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability for website and trial use to the amount you paid for the affected service.
