The short version

The Falcon Search product runs entirely on your own infrastructure and sends no catalog data, search queries, or telemetry back to us. This website collects the minimum we need to issue trial keys and process purchases.

What we collect on this website

• Trial requests: your email address, used to deliver a 7-day trial license key and limit one active trial per email. Trial delivery email is sent through our email provider.
• Purchases: your email and billing details, processed to issue your license and invoice. When card checkout launches, payment details will be handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Basic request logs (IP address, user agent) for abuse prevention and rate limiting.

What the product collects

Nothing. A Falcon Search deployment validates its license key offline and does not phone home. Your product catalog, search traffic, and analytics remain on your servers.

Retention and your rights

We keep license records for as long as needed to support your deployment and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting sales@falconsearch.tech. We honor applicable rights under the Australian Privacy Act, GDPR, and CCPA.
